Are you going to give me a diet plan?
No, we will ask you appropriate questions that help you discover what diet plans or nutritional strategies you are interested in researching and implementing into your health plan.
Are there professional standards for the coaching industry?
Yes, there is a code of ethics, core competencies, accreditation processes and an International Coach Federation (industry association) that promotes the advancement of coaches. To learn more about this, click here: http://www.coachfederation.org/ICF/
The National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching which collaborates with the National Board of Medical Examiners holds board certification examinations and issues national certification to practitioners and accreditation to health coaching training programs.
How will I know you are the right coach for me?
During our initial conversations and/or discovery session, together we will identify if this is an appropriate fit. How do I get started in the coaching process?

- Give you input, straight feedback and operate as a sounding board;
- Listen carefully to what you say and ask questions that increase awareness;
- Be an ongoing resource for you in accomplishing your intentions.
What if I sign up for this and decide it is not right for me? Do you have a money back guarantee?
We are 100% committed to giving you tools, strategies, and coaching that set you up to meet your health goals. Our goal is to deliver what we promise and so much more. If you’re on a payment plan you agree to make all the payments you have committed to.
We don’t cancel payments, as this is not a membership. If you’ve gone through all of the program material, completed all the homework, and asked for support from us during the program and still feel our program hasn’t delivered on the promise, submit your completed homework within 3 months from the start date and we will personally get on the phone with you. In the rare event of a refund, there’ll be a 10% processing fee. You’ll also lose access to all materials.
